For customers who buy products through using the PWI Fund Extension, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to receive any customer information. Upon our request, you will provide us with written certification, in substantially the form requested by PWI, that you have complied with the Participation Agreement, including all Operational Documentation. You also consent to us monitoring and using information about our customers in connection with their use of the Links and PWI Fund. While using the PWI Storyteller, supporters grant Project World Impact and the nonprofit they have selected a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, publicly display, publicly perform, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and distribute testimonials in connection with the PWI Storyteller and related marketing and promotional activities.

Supporters continue to hold all ownership interest in their testimonials. Each supporter represents and warrants that its testimonials will not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, privacy rights, confidentiality, rights of publicity or otherwise violate these Terms or applicable law.
