You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our or our affiliates' behalf. You will not take any action that could reasonably cause any customer confusion as to our relationship with you, or as to the site on which any functions or transactions for example, search, browse, or order are occurring.

For customers who buy products through using the PWI Fund Extension, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to receive any customer information. From time to time, we may request information from you in order to verify your compliance with the Participation Agreement or any Operational Documentation, including whether you meet, or continue to meet, the definition of an Eligible Organization.

You agree to cooperate with us and promptly satisfy such requests. Upon our request, you will provide us with written certification, in substantially the form requested by PWI, that you have complied with the Participation Agreement, including all Operational Documentation. In addition, you consent to us monitoring your Portal and Site to verify your compliance with the Participation Agreement, and you will provide copies of Content on offline versions of your Site upon request.

You also consent to us monitoring and using information about our customers in connection with their use of the Links and PWI Fund. These Program Content Guidelines "Guidelines" are part of the Operational Documentation incorporated into Participation Agreement 1 that governs your participation in the Program.

The Guidelines apply to your use of our trademarks and logos that we may make available to you from time to time. Strict compliance with these Guidelines is required at all times, and any use of a PWI Mark in violation of these Guidelines will automatically terminate any license related to your use of the PWI Marks. While using the PWI Storyteller, supporters grant Project World Impact and the nonprofit they have selected a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, publicly display, publicly perform, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and distribute testimonials in connection with the PWI Storyteller and related marketing and promotional activities.

Supporters continue to hold all ownership interest in their testimonials. Each supporter represents and warrants that its testimonials will not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, privacy rights, confidentiality, rights of publicity or otherwise violate these Terms or applicable law.

PWI Convene - A customizable conference app. Provides a Registered Nonprofit User real-time access to the PWI Convene app, where they can create a conference and include specific agendas, breakout sessions, maps, bios, notes, polls, surveys, and more for their conference. All conference data and attendee data, are available to use by PWI in connection with PWI Convene and related marketing and promotional activities. The discount is determined by the standard amount the PWI charges nonprofits and for profit organizations who are not currently on the site.

The amount of the discount is not guaranteed and is determined solely by and at the discretion of PWI. PWI Events - An event platform for Registered Nonprofit Users to post, promote, and track events for their organization, includes ticketing. PWI is not responsible for the number of tickets available. PWI will not be held liable for ticket validity.

When a Registered Nonprofit User does ticketing, they will be charged standard credit card processing fees. PWI does not keep any percentage of the money raised by ticket sales.
